The Power of Making Decisions

The Power of Making Decisions, shape our life!

Decision making is an inevitable part of adult life.

We make decisions every day, like what time to get up, what clothes to wear, what to eat, and whether we’re going to exercise that day. We’re also faced with bigger, more significant decisions such as when our education will come to an end, what job we want to take, if we want to work for someone else or have our own business, if we want to be in a relationship and have children or remain single for the rest of our life and so many more.

Each of these decisions has the power to shape our lives tremendously, just like every single decision we make. We are where we are and who we are because of the decisions we make throughout our journey called life.

As children, our primary carers made decisions for us and only sometimes were we allowed to make our own choices. These were the moments where we learned that for every decision we make, there is also a consequence. Being an adult is an incredible privilege because we have greater control over our decisions and how we spend our days and live our lives is entirely up to us. Our decision making is guided in terms of the belief system and the values we have.

If you believe that you deserve more than you actually have, you will aim for more, but if you believe that things always go wrong for you, this is where you will be guided differently. The values we’ve picked up on the way and the external world also shape our decision making.

By deciding what we want to do today, our lives can be shaped in many different forms.

You can make a decision today to work with me on your personal well-being, but you can also just take any valuable information and carry on with your own life. We can change our values and beliefs at a subconscious level, and NLP is an excellent way to do this. Deciding what we want is the first step in making the right choices. Choosing your next step in life has the possibility of leading you to certain consequences, so choose wisely.

I hope this post was valuable to you.
